My name is Gardenia C. Hung, daughter of the late Mr. Roberto Hung. I have been writing to you to request your assistance and support for an order to Stop Demolition and Injunctive Relief ordered by Judge Bonnie M. Wheaton, from the Chancery Division, Room 2007, in this legal matter, in order to Repair Roofing Damages Caused by the Village of Lombard and the community, within twenty-one, 21, days before Enforcement of the Order of Demolition shall be Stayed until August 26, 2008 for Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow --at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road, Lombard, Illinois 60148-3028, USA—upon judgement on Case No. 2007CH1284, on August 4, 2008, signed by Judge Bonnie M. Wheaton, from the Chancery Division, Room 2007, in the 18th Judicial Circuit Court, in Du Page County, Illinois.

Please help me repair the roofing damages and losses owed by the Village of Lombard and the community in Du Page County, to Gardenia C. Hung, on behalf of the late Mr. Roberto Hung. I have not received any monies or compensation for the roofing damages and losses incurred by the Hung Family real estate property. I am aware that monies have been paid by the culprits to repair the roofing damages to the Hung Family, but not given to me, Gardenia C. Hung, rightful owner, and trustee of the Estate of Mr. Roberto Hung.

I have petitioned to repair damages and losses to the Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow before the sale of the real estate property and compensation to the Hung Family. On August 4, 2008, Judge Bonnie M. Wheaton granted that the enforcement of the order of demolition shall be stayed for a period of 21 days, until August 26, 2008, upon presentation of a building permit to repair and abate the violations on the property caused by the Village of Lombard in Du Page County, Illinois, USA.

Once again, I requesting your assistance, and your support, as well as the intervention of the Office of the Attorney General and the U.S. Department of Justice to obtain cash compensation, in order to repair roofing damages and losses caused by the Village of Lombard and the community-at-large in Du Page County. Please help me to secure the required financial community support to repair the roofing damages and sell the real estate property under the Estate of Mr. Roberto Hung Supplemental Health Care Trust and the Hung Family. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely Yours,

(Reserved Signature)

Gardenia C. Hung, M.A.

On behalf of the Estate of Mr. Roberto Hung, J.D.
